According to ex art. 13 Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 7 and 8 of D. Decree no. 196/03, you are entitled to exercise all rights under this legislation, that is:

• obtain information about the data concerning him;
• obtain the cancellation and blocking, or the updating, correction or integration;
• object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons;
• oppose the processing for commercial, advertising or market research.
